- Your payment confirmation or receipt
- A clear description of the issue you are experiencing
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. We may ask you to allow us to attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
5. Subscription Extensions
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but you experienced service disruption, we may offer a free subscription extension as compensation. The length of the extension will be determined based on the duration and severity of the issue.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. The exact timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
