These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MediaSouth4K IPTV streaming service ("Service"). By purchasing a subscription or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Description

MediaSouth4K provides access to Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming content including live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and series. The Service is delivered via your internet connection to compatible devices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account & Subscription

When you subscribe, you will receive login credentials via WhatsApp. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential and secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Using the service only on the number of devices permitted by your plan

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials with people outside your household is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service to any third party
• Share your login credentials beyond the number of connections in your plan
• Use the Service to stream content commercially (bars, hotels, public screenings)
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

5. Payment & Billing

All subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to collect payment for the selected plan.

• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change
• We do not store your payment card details
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Service may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance where possible)
• Your internet connection speed or stability
• Force majeure events outside our control
• Technical issues with third-party infrastructure

Temporary outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund but we will offer fair compensation where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content accessed through the Service without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:

• Violate any of these Terms
• Share credentials beyond your plan's connection limit
• Attempt to resell or redistribute the Service
• Engage in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaSouth4K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content available through the Service will meet your expectations or that the Service will be free from errors or viruses.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
